I STILL feel terrible...almost two weeks of this allergy nonsense and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight. I have a 'few' decent days here and there, but for the most part, I'm just plain miserable and certainly not a joy to live with as hubby and the girls would most surely tell ya! The doc did prescribe Claritin for me so we'll see how that goes.
As far as the camera, I'm still struggling...the SP 550 is a huge leap from your every day point and shoot, at least for me anyway. The manual is USELESS...there's no understanding that thing so I resorted to a trip to Barnes & Noble to purchase a couple digital photography books. Still complicated stuff but at this point, I have to figure the camera out or elsepay a 15% restocking fee to Best Buy...and if I do that, hubby will kill me for sure! So, I've been playing around with it when I have the time (which is not much) and I'm waiting for a nice, sunny day to actually get outside and see what it can do. Unfortunately, clouds seem to be in our forcast for the entire week so looks like I'll be waiting on that one.
Anyway, here's a couple of our old man. They're not too shabby but I'm sure could be much better if taken by someone who actually knew what the heck they were doing! *lol*

Love the cat photos! And I think your photos are looking really nice, so maybe reading the direx don't matter?
