So since I was sick and tired of being in bed for basically 24 hours, I woke up early this morning (headache free, woohoo!) and started furniture shopping! *lol* As I mentioned in an earlier post, I'm wanting to redo our bedroom this year...at least that's a goal I've set. I swear, we've been to every furniture store in the area and I haven't been able to find what I want. BUT...I did a little googling and found the Vaughan-Bassett site and immediately fell in love with this set. Honestly, it's exactly what I've been wanting! Now...the hard part is convincing hubby that we need to get it! *lol* Wish me luck!!!

I like it too. Did you price it out at Blacks furniture here in NC? Google them and see if they carry it. Ordering it from NC might save you a bit. It looks like a sort of cottage design mixed with mission. That is my style too.
Hi Anna! I'm hoping to at least find this set in a store so I can make sure that it's exactly what I want. From the picture, it seems to be but ya just never know until you see something in person. So I'll have to make some calls and see if the set is anywhere near us. I will google Blacks furniture though...thanks!!!

You asked about the girl from Canada, I too (can't believe it) forgot her name but she closed her site down a few years back. She was very involved with her children and offline friends. Neppie who still sends me a Christmas card each year, closed down her site two years ago with her growing family she babysits for her grandchildren. I think she now has three. I think the only original ones left from the group is Connie, Pam, Lori, You and Me.
