I read Neppie's tag this morning and had to giggle...a fellow 'red' lover! Awesome! I'm not sure when my love for the color red began. I don't remember it ever being a favorite as a kid but somehow, over the years, this color has slowly tiptoed into almost every room in my house. Sneaky lil devil, that red!

So we move on into the family room which is also the kitchen...BIG room, something like 30 feet long. Kitchen on one end and family room/fireplace on the other. LOTS of red here. Red dishes in the hutch and red in the couch and chair (yep, more plaid too).
The computer room is by far the 'reddest' room in the house...you really can't get ANY redder! My sickness continues...
Ok, last pic...this post is becoming endless! This is the bathroom that I just repainted. Honestly, I didn't plan on red being in there. It just kinda happened...not surprising, huh? The walls are a mustardy/gold color and I promised my oldest that I wouldn't decorate with prim stuff as she tells me, it's NOT her style! So the walls need more 'stuff' but I can't seem to find what I want yet. My rooms are never finished it seems!
So the other day I asked my 9 year old what color she wanted me to paint her room as she's kinda outgrown what's in there. Guess what she answered? Yep, you got it...RED! *lol*

I LOVE all the red! (It's my second favorite color). ;-)
