We had a very brief warmup yesterday afternoon. Woke up to the cold (as usual) but by around 2 pm, I happened to look outside and the snow had completely melted and the temperature gauge was up close to 50 degrees! Unfortunately, by the time my last dc baby went home, it was too late to get out and actually enjoy the warmth. Bummer. Of course we're back to freezing this morning with those gray, ugly skies...might even see some snow flurries as the day progresses.
Oh oh...I was able to catch that cutie patootie, Josh Groban on the Today Show this morning. I've been a BIG fan of his from his first cd. Gosh, he gets more and more handsome the older he gets...and that voice! Just amazing. We were able to see him in Chicago in '04 and I was *crossing my fingers* that he would sing at the Rosemont again on the Awake tour, but I guess that was just wishful thinking. He will be in Chicago but at an arena and I don't wanna travel 5 hours to have to use the binoculars to see him. We were spoiled at Rosemont as we were just a few feet from the stage. He was almost in our laps...*wink*.
Before I head off to tackle that mountain of laundry, I just wanted to say how great it is to have found so many of my bloggin' buddies again! I find it amazing that people actually remember me as its been almost 5 years since I last blogged!!! Hugs to you all!

Hi Linnie! I did not get to see Josh Groban this morning, but before I left for work they were playing his CD as they were talking about him being on the show later...so I got to hear him then. I LOVE his voice. I need his CD. I get lost in his voice. It is so beautiful!!
My Joshua is hoe sick, I had to pick him up and we came home. I am not sure what is wrong...he has a fever and he says he hurts, so maybe the flu. Have a nice day! ((BIG HUGS))!!
Hi Linnie, I wouldn't want to drive 5 hours to see ants on a stage either. LOL Ugh, do you have to remind me of my own Mt. Washmore? LOL :D
